It’s a few weeks before Halloween, and the neighbourhood is abuzz with excitement as leaves start to change and decorations start going up. Mrs. Finch loves Halloween and hates racoons in her bins; however, the disturbance this evening is neither ghoul nor trash panda. This play revisits the idea of Neighbourhood Watch in an unexpected and humorous way.
